Appointments
We recommend scheduling your appointments well in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Our Website displays the most up-to-date availability. Please be aware that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment, accepting American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Cancellations
For non-group appointments, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If the nurse arrives and you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a no show fee for the full amount for that service. These policies apply without exceptions. For group appointments, a 72-hour cancellation policy is in place, and a $100 fee will be charged if canceled with less than 72 hours notice.
Pricing & Prepayments
Pricing for services changes monthly. If you come across a price that you like, prepayment for that service(s) ensures the price for up to 1 year. To prepay, email info@ivoncommand.com or call our business line at 954-995-0147
If any payment issues arise with a client’s credit or debit card or CareCredit – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc., we can only accept cash payment from the client.
Returns & Refunds
To request a refund or exchange, email info@ivoncommand.com with your receipt. Prepayments are refundable within ten days of purchase. Services received cannot be refunded.
Consultations
We offer free consultations on our IV Hydration services. We believe that a client with realistic expectations and comprehensive information will derive the most satisfaction from our services. Group Appointments
For group availability and for bookings of three or more people, which may require special arrangements, please call 954-995-0147. All group reservations require a credit card, and a deposit per person is required to secure the appointment. This deposit can be applied to the services scheduled on the day.

Referrals
If you refer a friend or family member to IV On Command, you will receive a $20 credit toward your next service once the client is treated.Offers cannot be combined with other offers.
Child Policy
To ensure children’s safety and all clients’ enjoyment, we request that parents or guardians arrange for their young children to be elsewhere during their services. An adult must accompany children under 18 to sign consent for services. We hope you understand that our focus is your child’s safety and help us maintain safety at IV On Command.
